职位描述：
I. JOB PURPOSE

- Familiar with the basic principles of mechanical automation device, structure, performance, technical parameters, installation and commissioning methods
- Can independently solve the problem of mechanical automation equipment and has a strong hands-on ability and good mechanical test ability
- Familiar with mechanical automation equipment design principles, skilled use of PROE / CAD / Solidwork / UG and other related design software
- Can independently complete the mechanical automation equipment assembly drawings and component design
- Participate in the implementation of automation development, development work, develop development plans.
- Summed up automation research and development experience, continuous improvement of product performance, and in accordance with the requirements of production departments of the company, design changes and design improvements to complete automation work
- Responsible for the technical supervision and identification of the automation equipment quality assessment work
- Responsible for the organization of automation equipment technology management procedures, technical measures, the system of revision and improvement;
- Complete the assembly, commissioning, handling the automation system and debugging design issues.
- Responsible for PLC programming, configuration software preparation, organization of automation engineering construction
- Cooperate with production line to provide analysis and solution for automation system troubleshooting on-site, making conclusion technical report and maintain technical document for normal production.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to solve production low efficiency problem issues
- Robot (ABB or Fanuc) programing and operation.
- Pro-active develop manufacture process and operation to increase flexibility and reduce lead times and costs.
- Assist and accomplish assignment from Head of Industrial Engineering, pro-active cooperate with production line
- Positively work out other activities from Head of Industrial Engineering


II. MOST REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES

- Complete the assembly, commissioning, handling the automation system and debugging design issues.
- Responsible for the organization of automation equipment technology management procedures, technical measures, the system of revision and improvement;
- Coordinate with CNC programming engineer and tools and fixture design engineer to support product manufacture operation including problem solving
- Training and guide operator to follow the manufacturing process working instruction


III. QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree in Mechanical engineering and automation or related major
- At least 5 years working experience in automation, technology knowledge in the area of automation
- Deep knowledge of CNC machining and automation
- Good at automation capacity, be able to use CAD, UG etc. 2D and 3D software
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work with dynamic changes and pressure
- Establish and complete manufacturing process working instruction, ensure the applicability and latest version validity
- Experience in machine supplier and machine selection.
- Experience CNC programming
- Experience in commissioning CNC machines
- SAP system experience is a plus??
