职位描述：
Pretty cash management
Personal reimbursement check and payment arrangement
Vendor payment, including non-trade oversea payment and related tax payment
E-Bank management
Import Duty and VAT payment
Collection and related notice
SAFE compliance
Monthly bank reconciliation
Travel to bank and to various governmental offices to process paperwork and file forms as required;
All other business related to bank
Cash forecast supporting
Fixed Assets management support
Be responsible for VAT return for overseas sales. Declaration for foreign exchange receiving of export. Input date of import VAT to soft system for VAT declaration.
Issue and fill out VAT invoice; Prepare for related documents as request.
Expense reports at month end.
Finance vouchers printing and achiving.
Support to do annual Gov. check for business license, tax certificates in 8 Gov. departments.
Orientation training for finance part
All other tasks as required.
