1. Responsibilities:

? Stay on job site to manage all site issues in all the phases of installation, commissioning, try-out, SOP, stand-by, etc.;
? Responsible for all phases of site execution and making sure the site working (installation, commissioning, try-out, etc.) is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards;
? Day to day management of resources and progress;
? Coordinate all resources and stakeholders regarding site working (externally with customers' and suppliers' site representatives; internally with project, engineering, purchasing, quality, logistic teams);
? Lead the site team (supervisors, engineers, etc) for day-to-day installation planning, supervision, problem solving.
? Manage all supplier's site working team through their team leaders regarding the installation method, safety regulation, sequence, timing, quality under the help of supervisors in different areas (mechanical & electrical)
? Holding meeting with customer regularly to show progress and next-week plan, to answer corrective requests, to process complaints by customer.
? Be responsible for control the safety and cleaning of job site.
? Weekly report to the PM, director of PM and the management the ongoing and next-to-do, major problems in the formatted excel list or PowerPoint presentation through email.
? Support colleagues and accepting specific responsibility for key tasks as requested;

2. Requirements

? Bachelor's Degree or above (or the similar level) in project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other technical major;
? 5 years working experience with minimum 2 years of project management or site management;
? Experience in managing the installation for projects in excess of 5 million CNY;
? Has leadership ability, strong team management;
? Well organized and structured working style;
? Good written and spoken English skills - weighting is 50% Mandarin and 50% English
? Acceptable Microsoft Project software skill;
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
? Proficient in reading the drawings like flow chart, layout, assembly drawing, etc. (both in hard copy and in digital);
? Capable of sketch simple drawing on site;
? Capable of analysis and evaluating technical problems, has the problem solving skills;
? Capable of working under medium stress.

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience
? Good experience as site manager in construction of paint or conveyor systems in China; 涂装/油漆生产线/输送系统现场建造经验
? Good understanding of equipments used in pretreatment, Electrocoat, powder paint, liquid spray paint and material handling;
? Good understanding of equipments like air supply, conveyor, oven, RTO, TNV, steelwork, utility, etc. ;
? Good understanding of mechanical installation work like hot work (cutting, burning, welding, etc.), grinding, drilling, pickling, crane or hoist lifting, structure erection, etc.;
? Good understanding of different materials;
? Good understanding of different tools (crane, hoist, fork-lift truck, pump car, MIG/TIG, jigsaw, drill, level, etc.);
? Basic knowledge of machinery process;
? Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or Micro station;
? Experience in Process, Maintenance, Installation, and Commissioning of the equipments or system above-mentioned;
? Knowledge about the electrical control.

Special Considerations (Shift, Off Hours, Support, Travel, etc.)
80-90% travel within China
