职位描述：
岗位目标:
    代表用户部门规划和执行保险公司运营系统验收测试，协调技术部门解决测试中的问题，编制用户使用手册并提供用户培训，确保需求的完整实现和后续用户的正确理解和使用。


岗位职责:
1. 参与公司运营相关系统项目/产品的测试工作；
2. 根据业务流程和规则，分析整理测试功能点，确定测试范围，制定测试策略，编写UAT测试计划，准备测试案例和相关数据，组织进行测试；
3. 按照项目计划控制整体测试进度，能够针对测试问题进行初步分析和判断，汇总并协调IT解决各类测试验收问题，并跟进后续复测。
4. 配合撰写用户手册和操作手册，对最终用户进行培训；
5. 协助最终用户完成用户验收和系统上线准备工作；
6. 就系统操作方面担当用户的顾问，能够站在根据用户痛点从业务和系统层面提出优化改善建议和落地措施。
  

岗位要求/胜任能力
1. 全日制大学专科及以上学历，金融、经济或IT相关专业更佳；
2. 有保险相关系统测试或用户操作经验，了解个险/团险运营规则和运营流程者更佳。
3. 很强的学习能力和钻研能力，良好的质量意识，善于沟通表达和团队合作；
4. 工作积极主动，执行力强，能够快速解决问题，愿意工作。
