Position Description
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, configuring a highly complex large scale enterprise public/hybrid cloud environment. This role will include investigating deployment failures within the orchestration tools, provide trending of issues and engineer solutions to remediate issues. Will require knowledge of monitoring and logging of Cloud resources and have ability to develop self-healing scripts. This position will require you to have a high level of technical expertise related to Public Cloud Resources, programming and orchestrating and support of workloads running in AWS.
Essential Functions
？Troubleshoot highly complex issues and identify root cause to resolve an issue or crisis.
？Support automation solutions for source, deploy, pipeline, configuration management
？Implement and maintain proactive monitoring systems to support troubleshooting and drive optimization.
？Architect and deploy consumable services – logging and patching
？Ensure migrated workloads maintain compliance with Security and Governance standards
？Ensure the health of the service meets defined service level expectations
？Participate in emergency On-Call Support.
？Participate in incident management and communications, including follow-up with problem resolution post-mortem, and process improvement
？Establish best practices to support thousands of servers being added to the cloud, translating legacy requirements into Cloud requirements, evaluating and recommending standardized platform offerings for all Cloud operation teams
Job Requirements
？Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
？Two or more years of relevant work experience on cloud and server virtualization technologies.
？Systems administration experience (Linux, Windows).
？Experience with scripting technologies (Bash).
？AWS 亚马逊的云Certified Solutions Architect/Sysops a big plus. 阿里云， 微软云也可以
？Expert knowledge of information systems concepts, system administration and cloud and platforms.
？Good leading teams and projects from a technical and project management perspective.
？Excellent knowledge of system design at an enterprise level.
？Strong technical/analytical and exceptional interpersonal skills.
？Strong decision-making, organizational and problem solving abilities.
？Average verbal and written communication skill in English.
