Description :
The Technical Customer Interface is the technical interface inside projects, he/she participates into Electronics activities for
System Project. He/she is able to deliver robust technical faisability including Motor, Actuator, Electronics, Pneumatics, etc
system and sud-system. Based on internal or external specifications, he/she is able to deliver a robust design complying with
product specifications and business plan.
The main missions are to:
 
ACTIVITIES :
· To lead local China team
· To develop and release of project link with Seat ECU
· To coordinate the Electronics activities of a project as a systems from the design to industrialization
· To define the specifications with customer, suppliers and intern teams : System specification, Functional specification, etc
· To define the validation plan with customer, suppliers and intern teams
· To support customer in launch or development phase
· To be able to use and understand the tools from the customer
· To organize test vehicles
· To support product build events as required at Customer Vehicle Assembly Plants
· To support the calibration and set-up of modules for advance builds or testing
· To support VAVE activities
 
ENVIRONMENT :
· Knowledge of the actuators/electrical motors, Body Controller ECU, electronic interfaces with theirs constraints
· Good approach of thermal management and CEM
· Worked with the standards/procedures ISO26262 and ISO/TS 16949
· Automotive System development environment
· Processes V-model : specification, technical justification, traceability under Reqtigy, FMEA
· Bus systems (CAN, LIN, ZigBee, Bluetooth )
· Simulation Tools : Matlab-simulink ...
 
PROFILE :
· Electronic Engineer with an experiment from approximately 5 to 10 years in automobile industry on electric electronic
architectures
· Good experiment of systems integration and their validation
· Capacity to be worked in a matrix organization and an international environment
· English fluent
