? 确保在宜家小餐馆提供快速而有效的服务，从而使顾客对商场留下良好最终印象。

ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for you who want to strengthen the Swedish profile of the store and ensure a positive final impression of good value for money. Your passion for developing business and people shows in how you share your commercial capabilities, inspire your team and making sure IKEA Food is the heart of the store.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
? Maximising commerciality and sales steering as well as implementing the IKEA commercial calendar. You also make the most of everyday opportunities to ensure growth.
? Ensuring vitality and Swedishness by working enthusiastically with activity areas and other events that inspire and surprise our customers.
? Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and closely monitoring competition.
? Knowing the IKEA Food range and presenting its width and depth in ways that inspire our visitors and optimise sales.
? Ensuring that the Swedish Food Market is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times, always keeping customers in focus.
? Approaching our customers, actively listening to and acting on their needs and feedback.
? Ensuring that we are giving efficient and speedy service in the IKEA Bistro to secure an excellent final impression of the store.
? Promoting a safety first culture by ensuring that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work.
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
? You have a genuine interest in sales and are motivated by fulfilling customer needs.
? You have experience of serving customers in a vibrant retail environment.
? You see the Swedish profile as a competitive advantage that adds an extra flavour to the business.
? Using your commercial sense to seek new opportunities to attract and convert visitors is your approach and you are eager in further developing this with us.
? You have experience of and enjoy leading and developing a team.

宜家天津中北商场位于天津市西青区中北镇，将于2018年夏天正式营业。宜家天津中北商场是宜家在中国的第26家商场，也是宜家在天津的第2家商场。商场建筑面积为五万五千平方米，经营近万种宜家品牌的家具和家居用品，免费停车位约800个。
