Job Responsibilities:
1. Proven experience in successfully managing an ERP implementation project (including data preparation / cleaning)
2. Proven experience in successfully building, organizing and developing a successful customer service team i.e. individual profile analysis, training, coaching, recruitment
3. Proven experience in managing customer service teams in various locations i.e. leading, motivating, setting targets / KPIs / SLAs, monitoring individual performances
4. Commercially focused, able to understand Lloyd’s Register products and services and comfortable in promoting them to clients over the phone and / or face to face, able to train the team about Lloyd’s Register’s services and ensure that the team promotes the services
5. Proven experience in measuring (e.g. through implementation of Customer Satisfaction Surveys) and improving Customer (external and internal) Experience by implementing SLAs, specific initiatives, etc.
6. Able to develop and implement processes, procedures etc to maximize efficiency while meeting our Management System requirement
Job Requirements:
Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent desirable
2. Experience of managing and leading teams with a proven track record in developing and motivating team members
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multi task with conflicting priorities
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse/interpret data and provide reports with recommendations
5. Experience of managing output, enabling high standards of service delivery
6. Excellent IT skills - Word, Excel, Internet, Powerpoint, databases
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence colleagues to deliver excellence
8. Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
9. Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
10. Ability to coach/mentor team members to improve team and organisational performance
11. Ability to quickly and effectively assimilate detailed and complex information
12. Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player able to work as part of a large team
13. Self-confident and able to stand his / her ground when discussing with other senior managers
14. Very comfortable in communicating in English (listening, speaking, writing)
