Report to: Legal & Compliance Director
Work Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Assist Legal & Compliance Director in reviewing and updating business conduct and external activity policies;
- Review and update legal document templates for all kinds of external activities;
- Review external activity applications from Compliance perspective;
- Design and update Compliance training materials as well as conduct Compliance training to employees;
- Conduct internal monitoring and investigation over policy violation as well as provide discipline advice to top management of the company;
- Review and update Distributor Compliance Policy;
- Conduct Compliance review on distributors;
- Assist HR in updating employee handbook on employee conduct standards and disciplining; and
- Act as a hotline for receiving complaints or reports against internal employees with concerns of ethics and Compliance.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification:
Legal education background; and China Bar.
- Experience:
3+ years’ practice in law firm;
Prefer Served MNC clients in healthcare sector.
- Skill:
Fluent speaking and adequate writing of English;
Data research and analysis; and
Effective communicating and coordinating;
- Character:
Integrity and Initiative
