职位描述：
I. Brief Description
This position is responsible to manage the daily inbound and outbound cargo operation works, system update, customs issue, special customer request for vessel calling Tianjin YAT.

2. Key Result Areas (2 – 3 Key Items)
？ Providing data, reports and analyst
？ Dealing and solve all daily issue and report to Manager
？ Handling and solving customs issue and customers requirement.

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties (6 –7 items)
？ Preparing loading forecast, loading list, EIR issue
？ Cargo switch & roll as per instruction
？ Answering daily inbound/outbound inquiry
？ Providing data, reports & analyst as required or for process improvement
？ Monitor & review vendors, customs and ship agent performance
？ Building relationship with local terminals.

4. Incumbent specification
Education:University Graduated
Experiences:Minimum 6 year of working experience in shipping lines or related business
Skill Sets:
Good command of computer skills, words, excel and other PC software; knowledge of customs procedures and rules.
Desired competencies (typical):
Good command of English & Mandarin
Good communication skills
Basic leadership skills and experience
Desired competencies (nice to have):
Problem solving skills
Working experience in related job or shipping business
Good knowledge & experience in APL system
Experience in dealing with vendors, customs & ship agent
