职位描述：
Responsible for confirm process data and formulate flow charts and other related documents for production shop( including: Assembly \ Mold \ Painting ), and solve issues that arise in production.

负责生产车间（包括：注塑、组装、喷涂）工艺数据的确定及流程图和其他文件性的编制以及解决生产过程中产生的问题。

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

Formulate and perfect standard operating procedure (SOP) for every workstation and process of production Shop;

编制及完善生产车间各个工位及工序的标准作业指导书；

Formulate products’ process flow chart for production Shop;

编制生产车间各产品工艺流程图；

Confirm every workstations’ process data and ensure accuracy;

确定各工序工艺参数，确保准确；

Support Prototype Engineer to confirm technological parameter together;

支持样件工程师确定工艺参数；

Formulate productivity improvement plan and trial produce for new product and implement the plans;

制定新产品产能提升计划及试制计划并实施；

Responsible for on-job training for production operator and involve in on-job training evaluation;

负责生产车间一线操作人员的岗位技能培训并参与技能考核；

Deal with producing anomaly arise in production with other department employees;

其他部门共同处理生产过程中出现的异常；

Responsible for management and update for all documents;

各种文件的管理及更新；

To conduct continuous improvement activities to reduce production cost and enhance productivity

开展持续的改善活动以降低生产成本提高生产效率；

Other jobs assigned by superior.

完成其他领导交办的工作。

 

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求

Bachelor degree, manufacturing or mechanical related major is preferred;

本科学历，制造或机械相关专业***；

Familiar with technological process of production;

熟悉车间内部生产工艺流程；

Be familiar with assembly / mold / painting;

熟悉注塑、组装、喷涂；

Min. 3 years process related working experiences in manufacturing industry, Auto parts manufacturing industry background is a plus;

至少三年制造业工艺工程相关岗位，有汽车零部件制造行业背景优先；

Has production site management working experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus;

有制造行业生产现场管理经验者优先考虑

Be familiar with usage of all kinds of electric tools and pneumatic tools;

熟悉各种电动工具及气动工具的使用方法；

Understand process related knowledges, like FMEA, MSA, and APQP etc.

了解FMEA,MSA,APQP等知识；

Be versed in Microsoft Office software;

熟悉Microsoft Office系列软件；

Good English skill.

具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
