Summary: 12 Months Contract Position

Job Responsibilities:
- To provide full spectrum of human resources functions of the stations in Shenzhen and Guangzhou which includes recruitment, C&B, training &development, employee relations, etc.
- Establishes, interprets and applies human resource practices and policies in a manner consistent with company direction and local statutory requirement
- Responsible for employee communication program implementation and serve a role as advisor to staff at all levels
- Works with department managers to analyze staffing needs and carry out recruitment for supervisory position
- Prepare regular HR reports upon Management’s request
- Check and analyze payroll, staffing cost and personnel movement report
- Assist Department Head to achieve HR department annual goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, prefer in HR related major or English major.
- About 10-15 year experience in HR field in MNCs, among which at least 3 years of management experience.
- Good spoken and written English, skillful on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Mature, dynamic, flexible, ability to inspire trust & commitment
- Visionary, pro-active and strong communication skills
- Well versed of Labor law
