主要职责/ Mainly Responsibilities:
1. Plastic project quote with sales and customer;
2. Do the product feasibility analysis, APQP and give opinion to customer;
3. Meeting with customer of project status and follow up the plan regularly;
4. Cost analysis for early stage of the project development(Mold, Material, Machine...)
5. Lead the team work and solve urgent problem;
6. Make or update the engineering form and procedure;
7. Cooperate with mould engineer and supplier to discuss the mould structure to meet company's requirement.
8. Cooperate with mould engineer to solve the mould problems;
9. Work with package engineer and sales to discuss the product package and control the package cost;
10. Technical support to mold maintenance and QA dept;
11. Mold workshop work arrangement and deal with production dept problem;
12. Yearly customer audit;
13. Internal team management.
任职资格/Qualification:
1. Minimum 5 years experiences in automotive plastic industry;
2. Experience with supervisory skill;
3. Good communication skills and project management skills
4. Fluent English in both writing and oral.
