职位描述：
工作职责：
1) Accept the order from customer; Input the data of order and coordinate with demand team/plant;
2) Lead order processing team to meet the order lead time and product shortage rate target;
3) Work with demand team to ensure supply;
4) Monitor and measure the customer service daily operation process;
5) Process optimization;
6) System maintenance,upgrade,testing;
7) Colleague & dealer training;
8)Coordinate with functional dept. for order processing report;


任职资格：
1) College or above；
2)Good communication and trouble-shooting skill;
3)Good analytic skill and high knowledge level in MS office;
4)Capable of working independently and self-motivated;
5)Working under pressure;
6)Fluent in English
