岗位职责:

? Accountable for the overall success of operations of the facilities; oversees and is responsible for the daily operations and activities of the facilities
? He/she will lead and oversee the development and implementation of facility operating and strategic plans. Attention is to be given to developing consistency throughout the group in regard to systems (policies and procedures), program development, quality, fiscal management, compliance and clinical management measures, physician relationships, work culture enhancement and internal communication and consensus-building.
? Acts as an administrative resource to help resolve problems with department managers concerning such items as staffing, personnel issues, and the utilization of hospital facilities, equipment and supplies.
? Accepts assignments and/or chairs committees on permanent or short term basis as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
? Participates in major policy and decision-making discussions and makes recommendations regarding resource allocation and future direction and control of the facility.
? Prepares and presents periodic reports regarding professional services, quality assurance, or other relevant topic as needed by the organization.
? Develops and fosters effective collaboration between clinical departments, divisions, medical staff leadership, and other affiliated services to ensure an integrated approach to providing services, and fulfilling the business unit's goals and objectives.
? Participate and leading department for budgeting plan from safety and cost effective way.
? Provide staff performance review and proper training for the staff.
