Key Areas of Activity

？ Monitor Lean deployment implementation and feedback issue
？ Maintain Blue wall system and track all KPI be monitored by owners
？ Provide professional support to kaizen project leader if necessary
？ Work with process engineer and maintenance engineer to develop capability

Job Responsibilities:
Propose and implement process improvements that impact positively on specific areas, such as OLE, OEE
-Monitor blue wall and various KPI, provide suggestion and reminding to relevant people
-Collect and report out Lean activity to show culture developing
-Coordinate the development of VSM's, Kaizen workshops in their respective area of responsibility, as requested
- Conduct ergonomic studies and analyze proposed ideas for improvement in conjunction with facility Engineers and processes implemented to positively impact ergonomics of workstations
- Keep improving assigned areas through monitoring and action format Lean Index
- Identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving capacity while coordinating the implementation of these improvements
- Responsible for study workload and activities. Make improvement projects based on the reduction in the variation of processes (Six Sigma)
- Responsible for devising, implementing and monitoring error-proof devices in areas where opportunity is identified.
- Recommend and document methods to improve operation, reducing waste continually
- Apply, educate, promote, and spread culture in the use of lean manufacturing tools
- Active participation in LPA, QRQC & JOS
-Develop and document simulations to analyze the impact of improvements previously taken, if applicable
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred, with experienced working history and Electronic Manufacturing Services engineering background
-Green Belt Certification
-Lean Bronze Certification (Jabil)
-Minimum 3 years as engineer in Lean manufacturing
- Good excel and minitab skill
-Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
