What We Expect
1. Responsible for establishing and monitoring new processes or changes as well as existing processes to ensure they are designed to support continuous improvement activities for all areas (Design for Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practice)
2. Propose and implement process improvements that impact positively on specific areas (e.g. operations, sales, logistics, quality, finance and so on) and analyze proposed ideas for improvement in conjunction with department heads
3. Keep improving assigned areas through monitoring and action format Lean Index
4. Identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving productivity while coordinating the implementation of these improvements
5. Make improvement in projects based on the reduction in the variation of processes (Six Sigma)
6. Devise, implement and monitor error-proof devices in areas where opportunity is identified
7. Recommend and document methods to improve efficiency, reducing waste in materials and equipment
8. Apply, educate, promote, and spread culture in the use of lean manufacturing tools
9. Develop and apply quality techniques for troubleshooting to optimize process quality using lean manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma
10. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Need to Have
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, finance, business or related discipline. MBA or advanced degree is preferred
2. 5-7 years’ work experience in a Six Sigma, Quality, or similar support organization and use Six Sigma and Lean to improve processes; Experience in processes improvement/project management in service or administrative areas is a plus
3. Accredited LSS Black Belt, Lean Sensei or Master Black Belt certification is a plus
4. Strong Leadership, global influencing skills and good managerial skills (coaching, mentoring, performance management, adherence to operating systems)
5. Proven financial acumen, with the ability to provide an impartial, consultative and solutions oriented approach
6. Good communication skills in spoken, written, & presentation at all levels of the business
7. Excellent business analytical and problem solving skills, able to conceptualize business needs and translate them into results
8. Familiar with MS Office tools, Outlook, Lync, Access & SAP
9. Strong team player, Self-motivated and committed to project assignments
10. Fluent English in both written & spoken
