Your job

§ Review and revise daily Purchasing contracts or other Agreement (Quality agreement/NDA/VMI agreement/etc) with customers or other 3^rd party partners.

§ Guide and support sales team to negotiate with customers/partners to make the agreements acceptable.

§ Track the agreement status with Customers and sales team, and manage/document all the contract/agreement properly in a system way.

§ Coordinate with oversea colleagues for global contracts with MNCs, and supporting corporate legal department in the drafting of English contracts with some key MNCs.

§ Control/audit internal operation process to make sure full compliance with corporate principle and local/international laws for the business with customers or other 3^rd party partners.

§ Provide necessary legal training to internal departments including sales and other supporting team.

§ Coordinate with lawyers to handle some critical legal cases, including document preparation, evidence collecting and others.

§ Other duties as requested.

Your professional background

§ Bachelor degree, major in Law.

§ Excellent English capability, including oral and written English.

§ Proficient skill in office software, including Excel, and PowerPoint.

§ Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and work effective as team member

§ Logical and thoughtful thinking.

§ Able to work under pressure.
