Responsibilities
? Work with manager on the manpower analysis and work out the hiring plan
? Manage recruitment from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to evaluating candidates for talent mapping, liaising with hiring managers on resourcing needs and hiring decisions, and facilitating onboarding procedures for successful candidates
? Manage and look good use of recruitment channels, like websites, linkedin etc.
? Track statistics and prepare periodic reports for recruiting activities
? Coordinate human resources and recruitment events, like campus recruitment
? Assist with managing projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business
? HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance
?Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams as necessary
Requirements
?Ideally, a Human Resources, Psychology or Business-related degree with a minimum of three year’s relevant experience; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered
? A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to solve problems with a positive mindset
? Be confident in dealing with people
? Be passionate and committed to take up challenging tasks
? Good spoken and written English skills are essential
