This is a project role lasting 6-9 months. The candidate should be experienced in IT basic infrastructure set-up (e.g. email, pc, telephone system etc.) and some cloud set-up experience. Experience with ISO 27001 preferred. Strong foreigner communication required.

Requirements
? Leads change projects from idea to implementation delivering to agreed scope, cost, quality and timescale.
? Prepare RFP (Request For Proposal) for change projects and manage the end-to-end outsource vendor procurement process.
? Defines and implements the detailed delivery approach for each stage of the projects lifecycle and obtains acceptance and buy-in to the approach from all team members.
? Produces appropriate approval to proceed documentation e.g. initial business case and full business case in conjunction with the Head of Portfolio/ Programme Manager when appropriate.
? Works with stakeholders to agree project benefits and how these will be measured post implementation.
? Identifies key project stakeholders and develops an appropriate stakeholder communication plan delegating different levels of stakeholder management to their team where appropriate.
? Produces and owns the project plan, tracks progress and implements strategies to recover slippage.
? Identifies and secures appropriate resources to work on the project and defines clear roles and responsibilities for all team members
? Monitors and reports project status and progress appropriately to different stakeholders and to agreed standards.
? Implements appropriate communication strategies for customers and colleagues.
? Completes formal project reviews at appropriate points in the project lifecycle, including the Project Implementation Review (PIR).
? Stakeholder management, interaction with varying degrees of support dependant on individual capability and circumstances.
? Can manage projects across a wide range of subjects, new stakeholders and able to readily adapt to environmental change in a positive manner.
? Champion, lead, monitor and embed a culture of strong internal control and risk management throughout your areas of responsibility.
? Ensure that control deficiencies and risk impacts are escalated so that root cause analysis can be performed and remedial actions taken.
? Comply with all Company policy and procedures.
? Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
? Report any information security incident, weakness or malfunction.

? Skilled in using MS-Project to create a full lifecycle project plan.
? Understands the application of budgetary control principles to a project.
? Understands the principles of developing a business case and measuring benefits.
? Experienced in workshop design and facilitation.
? Excellent presentation and communications skills.
? Skilled in stakeholder management, typically working with stakeholders at Senior Management/Director level.
? Builds trust and collaborative relationships.
? Sets clear and unambiguous goals which motivate and stretch their team (if line management responsibilities).
? Leads by example and identifies opportunities to coach and support team members to develop their capability.
? Identifies and draws upon the strengths of team members and maximises the effectiveness of their team.
? Takes questions and challenges without acting defensively.
? Demonstrates effective listening and avoids assumptions about others’ level of understanding.
? Gives prompt feedback on both good and poor performance within their team.
? Seeks out coaching and mentoring to progress their own development

? Experience of successfully implementation of server infrastructure on a hybrid mode of MS Azure and physical servers.
? Experience in successfully implementation of 24x7 IT Helpdesk and daily IT BAU (Business As Usual) activities for multi-sites users.
? Experience in successfully completion of outsource vendor procurement.
? Experienced in managing the cultural elements of change.
? 3+ years / solid background in Infrastructure Project Management
? Worked with MS SQL, Azure, Office 365, Linux, Citrix, Wintel
? Technical background
? Project Management qualification preferred for example; PMP, Prince2, Agile
? Education by experience
? ITIL v3 certification desirable or awareness of principles within an ITIL environment
? Some people management required not always directly, dependent on the size and the complexity of a project
