岗位职责/Job Description:
1、负责公司配件产品的销售和技术服务合同的销售;
Responsible for sales of spare parts and technical service contract.
2、 定期拜访客户,维护现有客户关系并开发新的潜在客户,了解客户需求,寻求销售机会
Keep contacts and build good relationship with existing and potential customers by often visiting. Explore sales chance and understand customer needs and requirements.
3、 收集市场和竞争对手信息,协助销售经理进行市场分析;
Collect market and competitors’ information; make market analysis together with Sales Manager
4、销售活动执行包括处理询价,成本计算并制作报价
Execution of sales activities such as receiving RFQ, making cost calculation and quotation
5、制作销售预测和销售报告,为建立配件库存提供分析数据
Spare parts sales forecast and sales report. Provide anylesis report for set up the spare parts inventory.
6、与项目管理团队和国外生产部门紧密合作实施新产品投放计划
Working closely with project management team and foreign production department to smoothly launch new programs.
7、参加行业相关展会,搜集市场信息,与销售团队一起制订销售与市场策略。
Participate in related exhibitions, collect market intelligence, work out sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with sales team
8、 负责完成项目投标、商务谈判、合同执行、货物配送,回收货款等各个销售环节的工作。
To be responsible for accomplishing overall sales tasks including project tender, business negotiation, contract implementation, goods delivery and receivable payment
9、 学习和更新产品知识,提供技术支持,协助客户制定产品方案。
Learn and update product knowledge, provide technical support to customer, assist them in working out product scheme.
10、通过内部部门间和客户的协调,做好售后服务工作。
To ensure a good after-sales service through coordinating with internal department and customers
11、销售经理安排的其他事宜。
Any other tasks required by Sales Manager
任职资格/Job Qualifications:
1、本科及以上学历,机械或环保相关专业优先。
College degree or above, Mechanics and Environmental Engineering will be plus
2、三年以上机械类或汽车制造行业的技术销售工作经验;
Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry in technical sales.
3、英语熟练,懂德语者优先考虑;
Excellent in spoken and written English, 2nd foreign language as German will be a plus
4、具备良好的沟通技巧,表达能力和良好的团队协作精神;
Having good communication ability and strong team spirit
5、学习能力强,有挑战精神;愿意出差。
Fast-learning and challenge-orientated, willing to travel often.
