Repair and maintenance supervisor

With extensive knowledge in areas including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting, the candidate will:

? Identify and complete or oversee completion of routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs, as well as general upkeep tasks on all equipment;

? Maintain appropriate logs and records.
保持记录维修报告
? Effectively manage all maintenance associates; ensure they are fully trained and that all job responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

? Ensure that all areas are kept safe, tidyand compliant with the local rules and regulations about electricity installation, electricity work and electrical device.

? Continuously monitor all areas of the warehouse site and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained; advise management of any areas needing attention.

Member of the Safety, Security and Maintenance team, he will:

? Immediately report and correct all maintenance issues by: diagnosing, performing minor, and routine maintenance/repairs to all affected areas.

? Share on-call responsibility with the Maintenance Technician Assistant and Make Ready and respond to warehouse supervisor and the Dis

? Diagnose and repair all HVAC related issues.

? Prepare inventory and perform management approved purchases of equipment, supplies, tools and services while reordering as needed.

? Make recommendations for contract services and vendors. Develop relationships and look for areas to reduce operating costs.

? Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all chemicals, tools and/or assigned equipment of the property in a safe manner according to company policy.
