职位描述：
1、协助项目经理进行项目管理：开工前了解项目状况、协助做好开工准备（如政府有关手续、大楼有关手续、内部会议召开、有关表格的填写及文书工作）、与采购部核对采购订单是否满足施工工期以及定期检查采购发包情况；
1、协助项目经理进行项目管理：开工前了解项目状况、协助做好开工准备（如政府有关手续、大楼有关手续、内部会议召开、有关表格的填写及文书工作）、与采购部核对采购订单是否满足施工工期以及定期检查采购发包情况；
2、协助项目经理进行质量管理和控制：严格按照公司施工管理规范，做好各节点的验收，做好各项测试和调试，确保项目达到公司的交付标准；
3、协助项目经理进行成本控制：明确项目预算成本；做好过程的质量监督，避免返工导致成本浪费；对采购订单的实际费用进行过程监督等；
4、协助项目经理进行各方沟通，如与业主、管理公司、设计单位、大楼物业、消防等；
5、项目有关文书的起草、整理、归档等；
6、其他交办事宜。
岗位要求：
1、本科毕业，建筑工程、预结算、项目管理、机电暖通过等专业毕业；
2、英文良好，起码读写无障碍；
3、熟练使用WORD\ EXCEL\ PPT\ PROJECT等软件；
4、踏实肯干，愿意从基层做起，对项目有追求有成就感。
