Responsibilities:
1.Conduct market study on responsible service/commodity and monitor changes of market situations and provide timely feedbacks;
2.Analyze competition information to provide feedbacks timely;
3.To assists in implementing principal’s policies regarding of rate structure, service details and capacity management;
4.Prepare and pre-plan the sales visits when necessary, timely feedback customer information/meeting minutes; and build up and/or enhance business relationship between clients and our company;
5.Prepare ad-hoc performance figures for specific clients/trades/sales activities when requested;
6.Prepare service contracts and rate agreement, when necessary and needed;
7.To initiate sales leads to overseas agents; follow up nomination cargo and revert feedback to local clients and principals including both CFR and FOB clients development;
8.Handle customer queries in regards to sailing schedule, rate enquiries, MSC services, space & booking situation and ensure customer orders/requirements are clearly transferred to all concerned parties;
9.Ensure special freight rate is approved by Principal before issue quotation to clients;
10.Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the company procedures and policies;
11.Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.CET(College English Test)-6 or above, good command in English, both in written and spoken
3.Professional shipping knowledge
4.Good personality and sales skills
5.Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
6.Well understanding and live up to the company’s values
