Sr Onboarding Specialist
Job Location: Beijing

Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Sr Onboarding Specialist to join its China team based in Beijing. Amazon is growing Services strategy aggressively around the world. In this context, we are looking for a Sr Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for helping Chinese high-potential sellers integrate onto the Amazon Marketplace platform. The Sr Onboarding Specialist will engage with new sellers recruited by sales team and achieve a successful launch on the platform, and will consult sellers on the best integration approach. In addition he/she will interface with internal technical and business teams and contribute to platform features developments and improvements. The ideal candidate will be innovative, tech-savvy, team player, an effective communicator in Japanese and English, and well organized to effectively manage multiple tasks or projects.

Responsibilities
· Manage the integration of critical sellers who want to be selling onto the Amazon Marketplace which included prepare the data, seller training and guidance on operation.
· Work with internal/external partners to drive business process improvement through deeply data analysis and seller launching practices.
· Engage with internal/external partners to improve seller facing tools which may include tracking bug, requirements analysis and project management.
· Support the launch of new programs, categories and features.
· Drive additional target of the team and guide team members/deliver by yourself to achieve these targets.　　　 　
· Be the mentor of junior team members to help them improve performance and productivity.

Basic Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, pre-sales or technical support areas.
· Experience of analyzing and solving problems with professional experience (data analysis or any other ways).
· Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.
· Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
· Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel. Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
· Bachelor degree or above.
Preferred Qualifications
· Technical background like programming or statistical data analysis would be a big advantage.
· Experience in e-commerce or retail business would be an advantage.
· Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects.
· Project management experience.
