职位描述：
1， 负责监督管理订单中心采购人员的工作状态与工作进度。培训或提出相关培训需求。
Supervise the coordinators’ workload in each BU. Provide training or require for training.
2， 收集订单中心采购人员反馈的问题，并协助沟通处理
Collect issues from BU coordinator team
3， 负责紧急采购需求的跟踪，确保需求能够及时得到解决
Give solution for urgent matters
4， 收集汇总订单及各类文件，登记并整理报告上交订单中心经理
Collect document and report
5， 充分了解所管辖BU的营运状况，必要时需要顶岗
Completely understand each BU operation status. Backup of Coordinators
6， 积极召开小组沟通会议，相互交流沟通经验（每周和产品中心同事组织一次沟通会议）
Communicate between the team, sharing the experience (once per week meeting with the Category centers)
7， 定期走访BU，参与BU相关会议
Visit the BU regularly, attend BU meeting, site spot check, market survey, etc
8， 理解BU非食品需求，建立产品手册
Understand the BU non-food demands to build up a product catalogue
