职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Control of the coordination and control of all services of the client / tenant side facility management, which are provided by own SRE employees or subcontractors. Furthermore, monitoring the landlord side FM services according to Rental agreement within the scope of the possibilities.
2、Superior contact person and escalated positon for clients and users in questions of holistic building operation and contractual services for the building.
3、Contact to the real estate owner and / or its service provider for the control of contractual services from the lease.
4、Control of the performance of all contractual services (including control of the management of subcontractors (for all trades facility services and soft services), in particular for the implementation of technical facility management.
5、Monitoring and control of all prerequisites for the trouble-free operation of the building, in particular the critical areas and facilities, as well as escalation management.
6、Monitoring the implementation of all relevant legal requirements, relevant directives as well as EHS and QM guidelines.

任职要求：
1、 Successfully completed a university or college degree in engineering or equivalent qualification, ideally with an additional qualification in facility management or in the real estate economy.
2、Relevant, multi-year professional and managerial experience in the mentioned segment or comparable field.
3、Firm knowledge of relevant laws / regulations.
4、Good English skills, as well as good PC skills (MS Office package).
5、Firm knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation.
6、Firm knowledge of EHS regulations and policies and their implementatio
