? Plan, coordinate all activities related to the application design, development, enhancement and implementation of organizational information core systems and new software applications based on business strategy.
? As part of the application team, interfacing with the business departments and the IT development team.
? Communication with business departments to analyze and evaluate business requirements, determine system requirements, evaluate potential solutions, select outsourcing vendors and managing vendor team based on IT internal and external regulations in order to optimize company business processes.
? Prepare and analyze plans and requirements for different projects.
? Develop balance among manual and automation processes on basis of business needs.
? Support to design the best system architecture to be flexible for future extension.
? Develop, maintain and regularly review all relevant system documentations to ensure quality of daily operations.
? Recommend enhancements and changes to specifications, procedures, processes and tools.
? Evaluate IT systems to identify root cause of issues.
