?Communication & cooperation towards Project Management/ Sales/ Production regarding status of production orders
?Work with Sales/CS team to optimize product range by ABC classification analysis & follow up.
?Long term (4-12 months) capacity planning balance, support HC and overtime planning and analysis
?Release demand orders to production and monitor whole order process
?Monitor material supply base on short term （1-3）production planning
?Monitor order Confirmation of completion of product order
?Ensure good Sales Order/forecasts process and reliability
?Follow-up the forecasts accuracy and communicate the corresponding indicators to Production
?Ensure the generation of a consistent production planning for all the existing and future products
?Set up and Run the Manufacture Requirement Planning system
?Steer the update of the local safety stock for every mature products
?Ensure the proper communication to Sale/CS in case of stock-out risks
?SAP Key user for PP, MM during SAP launch; Trouble shooting, coordinate with SAP team
?To have an updated system and reliable data for all participants in SAP
?Review, maintain and optimize the parameters in the system for materials planning optimization
?Support Logistics Manager to improve the customer service level.
?Take lead for FG Inventory/DP …etc. of Logistics KPI report and optimization
?Other report for Logistics Management

职位要求：
?Three years or above working experiences in Master planning. Experiences in Auto industry and SAP launch are preferred.
?Bachelor degree or its equivalent;
?Fluent Verbal and Written in English
?Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
?Knowledge of SAP, Demand Planning or other software related to demand planning is preferred.
?Strong knowledge on other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office.
?This position requires strong analytical, consensus decision making, and presentation skills.
?Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
?Be proactive and detail oriented.
