Key responsibilities:

1) Primarily commercial contracts drafting, review , negotiation according to internal rules and regulations and provide legal advice to business units and supporting functions on a day to day basis;

2) Contract negotiation and management;

3) Well conversant with labour laws in PRC and able to attend courts hearings and labor mediation ;

4) Strategize and coordinate with outside counsels in handling civil litigation or arbitration cases;

5) Conduct training of company rules and policies and other topics of interest ; and

6) Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Key requirements:

1) Holds a law degree from a reputable university in the PRC or overseas. Must be a qualified and licensed lawyer admitted to the PRC Bar ;

2) Minimum 6-8 years of post-qualification experience with a reputable law firm in China or as in-house counsel with a multinational corporation preferably in the logistics industry ;

3) Strong communication , negotiation and drafting skills with excellent problem solving abilities and partnering abilities;

4) Outgoing personality , self-motivated and has a high level of individual responsibility and ability to withstand work pressure and can drive contracts negotiation together with Business Development to close deals ;

5) Ability to multi-task and travel domestically within PRC is needed;

6) High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a Must; and

7) Strong in Powerpoint and presentation skills. 举报 分享
