职责描述：
1. Supervise Operators to assure team is following the priorities set by management.
2. Assure workers are aligned with production requirements.
3. Implement disciplinary actions based on company handbook.
4. Communicate all issues and daily work flow with management team
5. Maintain daily production log.
6. Work with team members to accomplish production task with good quality and quantity in time
7. Assist to complete production according to production plan, on time delivery
8. Implement and follow daily checklist.
9. Assist in optimizing waste stream and provide feedback when applicable.
10. Assist in solving daily issues.
11. Be responsible for the online stock management, implement FIFO
12. Assist in optimizing productivity
13. Assist in optimizing quality.
14. ISO system maintenance
15. Lead 5S management in produce scene and the HSE management
16. Other job assigned by the management team
任职要求：
1. High school graduate or above 高中及以上学历
2. Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Basic Operating principles. 必须能用英语进行口头、书面交流（直接汇报经理为外籍人员）。了解基本操作原理。
3. 5+ years working experience as supervisor in factory environment. 5年以上生产主管工作经验
4. Strong People skills.人员管理能力，人际沟通能力。
5. Quality management training is preferred. 具备质量管理培训经验优先
6. Active and diligent. Excellent working attitude. 积极勤奋，良好的工作态度
