Key Job responsibility:
1. Build up and run business report from SFDC and do data analysis
Managing monthly partner business report from SFDC, build up new business report per business needs in SFDC, maintain and run regular business report from SFDC, tidy the data, do data analysis per business needs and share with team with basic business insights on business highlights & lowlights; maintain partner information accuracy in SFDC, eg. Update PDM owner if changes needed
2. Maintain and update team monthly dashboard
Manage team monthly dashboard by maintaining and update monthly business result for each sub-team and each PDM, by leveraging the report from SFDC and revenue report from WW, provide business highlights and lowlights derived from the dashboard to partner team and remind team to drive the actions for those missed KPIs

3. Market research for business intelligence information and data, do data analysis for our targeted segment
Do basic research on internet for market intelligence report, news and data for our targeted business segment, do data analysis on those collected data for market insights and provide proposal on business opportunity to partner team
4. Support partner team on Ad Hoc business operation job
Support ad hoc data/business analysis job
Tenure and working hours per week estimations.
The term is 6 months, with min 4 days a week, best to be full time. 8 hours a day as standard
Intern development plan
· Provide on job training about Partner business and business operation skills
· Provide additional training on AWS tools and systems
· Provide opportunity to work with other teams in the organize, to maximize the learning opportunity
Required Qualification:
· Outstanding English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
· Advance in MS excel
· Experience in SFDC or other CRM system will be a plus
· Have great business sense
· Have interests in technology and IT industry
