职位描述：
1、中心日常运营管理；
2、中心年度预算的合理编制及有效实施，有能力完成公司制定的销售目标；
3、中心团队建设和管理，有效利用中心人力资源；
4、指导和监督顾问主管、指导师主管、客服主管开展好教学、销售、跟踪服务等工作；
5、熟悉和了解当地市场，负责金宝贝品牌的推广与市场规划；
6、负责维持中心高质量的客户服务及课程品质；
7、定期向总部汇报中心运营情况并提出合理化建议。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、具有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，以及良好的执行能力；
3、优秀的团队管理能力，出色的运营管理经验；
4、较强的市场分析和商务谈判能力；
5、热爱教育行业，职业目标与行业目标有较高的契合度；
6、五年以上相关行业的销售和服务经验，2年以上管理工作经验；
