职位描述：
1、制定管理目标和策略，建立标准化服务流程；
2、指导控制目标实施及服务流程落地，确保所有中心标准服务流程一致且保持高品质；
3、根据标准化流程制定相应的考核体系，对中心服务质量进行有效监控，追踪中心执行情况，降低客户投诉及退费，提升客户总体满意度及客服保留率，提高品牌影响力；
4、持续完善及更新标准服务流程内容，开发培训课程，实施大型客服人员技能培训；
5、建设员工职业能力体系，发展团队文化。

任职要求：
1、大学本科学历及以上，5年以上客户服务管理经验；
2、具有较强的客户服务能力，熟悉客户服务体系；
3、熟悉客服部门管理工作流程，在客服管理方面具有较为丰富的实践经验；
4、善于激励，保证组织和员工持续发展；
5、管理严格，关注细节，保证工作效率、工作有效性以及公平考核；
6、具有良好的管理能力及沟通能力，熟练操作专业办公软件。
