职位描述：
Customer claim follow up
- Create and follow up on quality notification arising from customer claim
- Closely cooperate with sales and product managers to solve customer claim
- Inner process study and root cause analysis on customer claim
Quality management system development
- Implement internal audit timely
- Maintaining system file in MPCC database
- Implement and follow up on Corrective action arising from internal and DNV audit
- Create and follow up on Notification from process and raw material nonconformity.
New product / sample qualification
- cooperate with Portugal or Finland on new sample making which is not under TJN scope of responsibility.
- new product sample design and finish CAD drawing, including product / equipment measuring on customer site,
- sample installation trial and improvement upon customer / sales request.
- Perform final process control in the production of new product.
BOM and Routing maintenance
- BOM and Routing maintenance of new products
- Check BOM and Routing on normal daily orders
- Process time or efficiency to support routing improvement
Product process control improvement
- Liaison in product quality and process improvement with the product managers.
- Process problem solving using quality tools
- Lead quality cost related process improvement
Others
- Finished appointed tasks by quality manager
- Participate FTU stock taking
- Production Kanban making and updating
- Finish monthly quality report
- Assist production Manager to train production staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards.
- Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

- -Have awareness of local relevant quality system. ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC.

- Good command of English
- Strong documentation and idea presentation skills
- Good computer skills with good knowledge of SAP systems
- Have awareness of ISO management system on ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
- More than 3 years working experience of process engineer.
