职位描述：
Check with design engineer and customers on the design schemes.
Ensure that design methods / solutions used are cost effective and can be manufactured efficiently.
Identify the difference between customer requirement and design, bring out the impact on time, cost and quality.
Develop advanced understanding of manufacturing methods and processes with design engineer.
Define detail design and negotiate requirements with other technical groups working on or interfacing with specific design.
Act on feedback from Manufacturing to ensure there is an enhancement.
Sourcing the components in time according to project schedule with purchase engineer.
Check the progressing of supplier and arrange the quality acceptance with QA engineer on supplier’s site.
Issue work instructions to fitters for system assembly and test.
Complete risk assessment and action plan to avoid accident before execution.
Ensure all activities during project in a safe and effective manner in compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety policy.
Work with fitters on assembly to find if there is any problem and feedback to design to ensure there is an enhancement.
Supply the project with certifications, quality plan, test report, material certification etc.
Close the project with final cost report to reflect the contribution compare with original settings.
Progress work as an integrated part of the project team, to ensure completion to agreed timescales.
Keep proper documentation for Technical Construction File (TCF).

Qualification
Have bachelor degree on mechanical or engineering.
Have fluent English communication capability.
Worked in a mechanical installation / assembly environment with at least 3 years
Be able to lead a small project team for standard system orders
Make decisions on issues happened to orders, give right direction to other department for project moving forwardly.
Provide timely status report for each order.
Have project management experience.
Have basic products knowledge in terms of key accessories specs.
Have good cost knowledge and be capable of generating cost sheet.
Understand full project phases through purchasing, design, executing and close out.
Understand time, cost & quality constrains.
Be able to deal with internal and external suppliers.
Have strong communication skill with suppliers & customers, and internal team members.
Understand customer satisfaction is the key successful factor.
Be good at using general office software, Word/Excel/MPP etc.
Be good at using MS project, AutoCAD, SAP.
Having design experience in an engineering discipline is a plus.
