岗位职责：
根据部门需求，设计PC及移动端直播产品；
根据产品需求，计划团队架构
协助开发人员招聘
确定产品方案，制定实施计划，对接交互、设计、开发、测试团队，实现产品落地
关注用户使用行为，不断优化现有功能体验及发掘新的使用场景，满足用户使用需求。

岗位需求：
3年以上产品工作经验
直播产品独立设计经验（PC&APP）
熟练使用移动APP 原型开发工具：Axure， Mockplus, AI等
