JOB PURPOSE
Manage Logistics BU to maximize profit, achieve budget and customer satisfaction. Lead the operational and development strategy

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
？ Coordination of the operations (Customer services, Operations, Finance, Quality) and make sure adequate resources deployed
a. SOPs
b. Staff training/ productivity
c. Continuous improvement process
？ Resources management (potentially with predefined and approved providers) to maintain high service level, quality excellence and costs optimization
a. Management/ supervision team
b. Workers part time
c. Landlord relations management
d Suppliers management
e. IT material and connections
f. MHE availability and maintenance
？ Lead, design and deploy development strategy to ensure sustainable profitability, resources allocation and
？ Being the warehouse operations main leader/ coordinator and ensuring effective communications between the customers, operations teams, subcontractors, local and regional management team on day-to-day operations problems and issues
？ Handling customers’ complaints and developing corrective action plan to solve the complaints in timely manner.
？ Sourcing potential subcontractors, negotiating with them to get the optimum cost/quality of services for the best interest of the customers and BOLLORE, training them according to the designed solutions, monitoring their performance to comply with the committed service levels, correcting sub-standard performance in timely manner
？ Liaison with relevant partners to ensure effective implementation or anticipate market changes
？ Understanding the customers new requirements and alerting local and regional management of their changing needs
？ Participating in the solutions design, identifying operations alternatives, developing operations / cost / pricing modeling, preparing presentation material, presenting the solution and finally soliciting the customers’ endorsement to buy-in the proposed solutions
？ Implementing and reviewing the solutions according to the agreed specifications, i.e. not limited to the development of standard operating procedures (SOP), service levels, key performance indicators (KPI), operations, staff training and management reports, system supports etc


QHSE FUNCTIONS
？ Comply with all BOLLORE QHSE Integrated Management System policies and procedures, Support all company QHSE promotions and initiatives.
？ Immediately, in the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your direct Manager
？ Overseeing the workplace and ensure that the company’s standards and procedures are being met and followed.
？ Keep informed of all QHSE information provided by the company in accordance with any legislation, codes of practice and guidelines and liaise as necessary with the relevant government departments and private bodies.
？ To consult and cooperate with BOLLORE Management on all matters relating to the health and safety of persons and the environment at the workplace.
？ Attend and actively participate in location QHSE meetings. Propose recommendations to your direct Manager in regards to how the QHSE Management Systems can be improved.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
？ Graduate in business management and/or engineering/ scientific background
？ Fast learner, able to couple academic knowledge, market conditions and operational constraints to make quick best decisions
？ Out of box thinking, you improve/ develop logistics solutions, keeping in mind strategic visibility and operational execution
？ Great leadership with clear/ precise communication ability and strong analytical mindset
？ Hard worker, you are performance oriented to achieve targets
？ Experience in a multi-clients (cosmetics/ garments)/ labor intensive distribution center
？ Rigorous in implementing operations improvement and lead operations excellence
