职位描述：
1. Assists in configuration, installation, and/or repair of PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures
    根据既定程序，协助配置，安装和修复PC硬件和周边设备。
2. Migrates user data from existing PC to new PC during installation process according to established procedures, when required
    根据既定程序，在安装过程中，将用户数据从现有PC迁移到新PC。
3. Performs user relocations and returns equipment to stock per approved request
    进行用户重新安置，将设备退回库存。
4. Adheres to and enforces facility security measures, company safety standards and software licensing procedures
    遵守并执行设施安全措施，公司安全标准和软件许可程序。
5. Assists in setting up PC's and related peripherals for special requests
   协助设置PC和相关外设以满足特殊要求。
6. Installs software according to established procedures specific to user requirements, if required
    根据针对用户需求和既定程序，安装软件（如果有需要）。
7. Other daily helpdesk support jobs such as printers, projectors, and so on.
    其它日常Helpdesk工作比如打印机、投影仪软硬件配置，及其它相关工作。

Requirement
职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree in computer related major
    本科毕业，计算机相关专业
2. 1 year experience or more in MS platform, familiar with PC hardware and software
    一年以上相关工作经验，熟悉PC及周边硬件软件配置
3. Good English skills in reading and spoken
    良好的英语听说读写能力
4. Familiar with MS offices
    熟练使用MS办公软件
5. Good in communication and can work under pressure
