职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES


? Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.
? Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
? Acts as a liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
? Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products.
? Define, plan and coordinate the activities of an Engineering group, outside of day-to-day responsibilities, to meet both short and long term goals as dictated by Director level personnel.
? Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

REQUIREMENTS


? Good communication skills, both oral and written
? Strong Troubleshooting Skills
? Project Management Proven Skills
? Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Experience (prefered)
? TPS or Lean Manufacturing Principles
? MSOffice, ERP (QAD, etc) systems experience
? Data Driven Individual
? Attention to detail

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,/Chemistry, Masters degree preferred
? 3+ years supervisory experience? 5+ years design or development experience
