Job Tasks for HR Function
Report and work with HR Supervisor Great of China
Create, record and update employment contracts
Create, update and record job descriptions
Recruit employees as needed
Update and record evaluation scheme
Update and record salary scheme
Track employee tenure and work on ways to improve it
Assist operations staff in performance management issues
Confirm labor law and our compliance
Work with sales team to create commission scheme
Work with regional or international teams as needed
Train staff on various HR issues and techniques


Job Tasks for Admin Function
Property communication
Drinking water management
Make the reimbursement for the property and cleaning
Stationary management
Petty Cash Management
Name Card management
Air tickets reimbursement
Telephone management



The successful individual will possess;
1)Good written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
2) Bachelor Degree or above educational qualification required with a specialization in HR a plus.
3) Experience in establishing HR processes and policies a definite plus
4) Sound Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law and practices preferable
5) Willing to work in a fast- paced and professional environment
