Organizational Development:
? Initiate and share decisions with HR VP on BU Job evaluation, grading and Organization Changes
? Initiate organization analysis regarding Organizational Changes and drives implementation in accordance with Company standards
C&B and Performance Management
? Work closely with BU Managers concerning Reward and Recognition and Salary Adjustment to the related BU staff, and follow up with HR peers
? Ensure correct and timely execution of Dialogue process. Ensure consistent approach within BU and provide dialogue results timely to HR function team for pay review purposes
? Design the special HR Reporting applied to BU. Decide the specifics for the requirement of BU concerning the HR weekly/monthly/quarterly Report
Employee Relations:
? Participate regular meeting with BU management team, sales/business operation/functional management team national wide, share all the HR initiatives and activities to BU and BU business updates to all HR function team
? Work closely with HR function team about challenges and opportunities concerning Labor Relations
? Decide and execute the communication plan as part of the HR plan for BU
? Drives Employee communications within BU
? Design and promote BU Employee Survey and report the results in the BU management meetings. Decide and follow up on the improvement plans
Staffing and Recruiting:
? Drive all Staffing decisions jointly with BU Mgmt level, and ensure that Staffing processes are followed within BU
? Decide and execute BU Resource Plan for staff level and above - Update via monthly basis with BU Managers. Design/apply HR standard format and provides final plan with HR Recruiting team for the consolidation
? Decide on the launch of recruitment and selection activities for BU positions. Work with HR function team to proceed with the execution
Training and Development:
? Work closely with HR function team to make BU annual training calendar according to the business needs and Company priorities
? Get BU TNA approved by BU management team and follow up the completion result
? Follow up all BU non-functional training feedback and analysis report
? Support/Deliver all the necessary training courses assigned
Other HR related duties as assigned, included but not limited like Cross-BU communication, HR SOP project, M&A, and etc.,
