职位描述：
1> 机床 Machine
？ 熟悉所操作机床（五轴加工中心优先）的名称、型号、规格、性能、结构、传动系统、数控系统和一般的调整方法；
Familiar with 5 axis machines, model, specifications, performance, structure, transmission system, numerical control system and the general adjustment method;
？ 一般数控机床精度的检验方法及机床精度对工件精度的影响，提高工件加工精度的方法；
General CNC machine precision testing methods and understand machine accuracy have impact on the accuracy of the workpiece, improve the accuracy of the workpiece processing methods;
？ 解决数控机床在加工中的技术问题；配合维修人员对机床进行保养。执行初级机床保养。
Solve the CNC machine problems, cooperate with maintenance colleague perform maintenance. Perform first level maintenance.
？ 理解常用设备操作面板及控制屏幕上的所有对话、解释文字（含英文）的含义；
Understand the commonly used equipment operation panel and the dialogue on the screen, explain the meaning of the text (including English);
？ 使用对刀仪，正确运用计算机以实现与机床的正确传输与通讯；
Operate tooling aligner, know how to use computers achieve the transmission and communication with the machine;

2>刀具 Tool
？ 常用刀具的种类、型号、规格、性能和维护保养方法；
Knowledge of common types of tools, models, specifications, performance, improvements and maintenance methods; (geometry, angle)
？ 刀具的试调及其参数的输入和修正的基本操作方法；
Adjustment of the tools and input correction parameters.
？ 切削用量的合理选用；
Reasonable selection of cutting parameter

3>工装 Fixture
？ 复杂工、夹、量具的名称、规格、构造、使用、调整及维护保养方法；
Complex jig, fixture and measurement device’s name specifications, structure, use, adjustment and maintenance methods.
根据生产计划和技术要求准备调试工装夹具。
Setup and preparation of jigs/fixtures according to routing and technical requirements
？ 改进、设计工、夹、量具，并绘制结构草图；
Improve, design jig and fixture, and draw the sketches.

4>程序 Programming
？ 加工程序的输入、输出以及工件参数输入、修改等项目的基本操作；
The basic operation of the input and output of the machining program and the input and modification of the workpiece parameters;
？ 读懂加工程序，基本编程知识。
Understand the CNC program, basic 拾度 programming knowledge.

5>经验 Experience
？ 钳工、铣工及镗工的基本知识；
Bench worker, miller, borer, turner basic experience.
？ 金属切削原理和刀具的基本知识；不锈钢加工经验优先。
metal cutting principle and the basic knowledge of the tool; knowledge of stainless steel machining strongly preferred
？ 加工工件时防止变形、振颤等的技能方法；
technical methods to prevent deformation, vibration and so on when processing workpieces;
？ 编制加工工艺规程的基本知识；
the basic knowledge of the preparation of processing procedures;

6>纪律 Discipline
？ 严格执行本岗位的工艺规程。遵守安全守则。
Strict implementation of the job procedures and safety standards/instructions
？ 严格执行生产现场管理的各项要求制度。
Strict implementation of the production site management requirements of the system.
？ 坚守岗位做好本职工作按时完成下达的生产任务，认真执行质量检验制度确保产品质量，并对加工质量负责。

？ 精心维护和保养所用设备及工具、夹具、量具、仪器，随时检查是否在检定有效期内，严禁超期使用。
