1、负责销售部后勤支持工作，让业务员能更好发展业务；

1、负责销售部后勤支持工作，让业务员能更好发展业务；
2、完成各类报表的制作，按总经理的要求，协助召开各类会议；
3、参加每两周一次的Sales Meeting，收集Sales的业务报告并做好会议记录，及时、准确的发给相关同事和领导；
4、了解我司的市场价格和船公司信息，并知会业务员；
5、负责集团的所有礼品、纪念品的管理和制作订购、礼品预算、寻找礼品供应商、控制礼品成本以及确认礼品的库存情况；
6、上级领导交代的其他工作；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语熟练，六级或相当水平；
2、有半年以上外贸物流知识，具备良好沟通协调能力；
3、具有团队合作精神，工作细心严谨，耐心认真；
4、工作积极主动，踏实肯干，能承受一定的工作能力；
5、能讲粤语，有物流类企业工作经验者优先；
