Position: Senior Sales & Product Manager - Plastics
Location: Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:
For our Shanghai office, we are currently looking for highly-qualified individuals to work in the sales department. Responsibilities include
-create and qualify new leads,
-develop new business or expand business volume in line with agreed targets,
-collect accounts receivables
-efficiently communicate with superiors, colleagues, suppliers.
-team management.


Requirements:
-Chinese National with fluent Mandarin, good written and spoken English is a must;
-Age 32 to 40;
-University degree in Chemicals or polymer science;
-Must be honest, reliable, highly motivated and able to work independently;
-At least 10 years' sales experience including 5 years’ marketing developing in a foreign enterprise (Plastic materials manufacturing or distribution), & familiar with plastics used in any of the market segment of automotive, electronic, consumer goods, medical, packaging, wire & cable...will be an added advantage;
-Related working experience in market development and team management is a plus;
-Must have ability to communicate efficiently and possess excellent interpersonal skills, very good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office package, internet, email), career-minded, well organized, good coordination skills.

In your daily work you will be supported by a team of customer service staff, by technical experts and by our suppliers and colleagues overseas.

Travel activities: This position requires extensive business travel (at least 50%).

团队管理

要求：
32-40岁，10年以上销售经验，至少5年以上外企销售工作经验，从事塑料生产或分销；
优先考虑对汽车、电子、消费品、包装或电缆市场塑料精通的候选人。
优先考虑具有市场开发和团队管理经验的候选人；
本科或以上学历，化工或高分子相关专业。
普通话标准，英语书写和口语表达能力优秀者优先。
诚信可靠，敬业严谨，能积极主动并独立开展工作
出色的沟通和人际交往能力，具备良好的电脑操作技能（熟练操作Windows，微软Office软件包，互联网，电子邮件），敬业爱岗，具有优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神。


日常工作中，您将会得到我们客户服务，技术专家，供应商及海外同行的各方支持。
出差：本职位要求经常性出差 (至少50%以上的工作时间)
