RESPONSIBILITY
1.Drive for learning culture which is aligned with business strategy, develop and implement training plan, programs to improve employee’s knowledge, skill and competency;
2.Design and develop/deliver training program for Front-line leaders;
3.Design and develop technical training programs and training materials to meet / exceed the stakeholders’expectations;
4.Design and optimizing employee career development path for direct labor and Front-line leader/Technician;
5.Follow up OJT, provides effective solution for trainees problems and provide support in the field of training related questions and problems;
6.To develop follow up action and tools to extend the effectiveness of training;
7.Develop internal trainer to maximum use internal resources:
8.Manage the effectiveness of the training guideline and procedure while developing the training policy in line with the business needs;
9.Work closely with HR BP to understand business need timely and provide training support if needed;
10.Be responsible for other tasks assigned by direct manager;
QUALIFICATION
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business English or related field preferred;
2.More than 3 years’experience in employee training & development;
3.Manufacturing industry; Organization Development experience is preferred.
4.Be able to lead project independently with strong ownership and commitment;
5. Proficient in computer programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Software application for Video design, newsletter or poster design, etc).
6. Good communication and presentation/facilitation skills.
7. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
8. Good coordination ability and teamwork spirit, willing to learn and sharing.
