Main Responsibilities and Duties

The following are the primary duties of this job, but are not intended to represent all of the duties.
- To contribute to build up the country internal information strategy and action plan development
?mapping the needs of internal information
?evaluating and measuring the channel effectiveness
?drawing the internal information landscape
?helping formulate the plan
- To secure effective and efficient use of existing internal communication channels and develop possible new channels to maximize the communication impact
?Secure information flow for the organizational direction and priorities
?Implementing national activities to involve co-workers for the organizational direction and priorities and collect materials for further sharing
?Provide materials to the Retail China newsletter on a regular basis
?Executing and developing other internal information channels in store
?Exploring the possibility on social media for internal & external communication
- To be actively connected with other IKEA organizations to secure clear information flow for “ONE IKEA”
?Share and communicate related information within IKEA organization
?Develop and implement “action in common” according to agreed focus
- Networking
?Internally: To actively work with SSG/HR/Co-worker committee/Co-worker KOL internal bridge co-worker/function to organization
?Externally: to actively work with Cooperate PR and Range PR to identify and develop internal KOL to maximize the 2-way communication effect
- Translation
?To contribute for smooth communication beyond language barrier

Requirements:
?You have 1-3 years working experience, preferably, in communication
?Being passionate about people and having a strong belief in individuals’ potential;
?You are eager to learn and initiatively take responsibilities
?You have a good English level, spoken and written
?Social skills and high accessibility;
?Outstanding internal and external communication competence.

宜家天津商场位于天津市东丽区，于2012年2月10日正式营业。商场总建筑面积为四万五千平方米，经营近万种宜家品牌的家具和家居用品。在开业后的四年时间里，宜家天津商场经营业绩稳定增长，员工也在业务增长的同时不断得到个人职业和能力的发展。
