HRBP
Salary: 6k+/month gross
Reporting line: report to District Manager North China and China HR Mgr.
Responsibility:
- Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.
- Take initiatives to communicate with line managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
- Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
- Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing
- Other HR routines support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Familiar with recruiting process and related interview Tools and Skills
- More than 2 years experiences as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm
- Customer focusing, solid generalist role supporting line managers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
- Good in MS Office
