职位描述：
I. Brief Description
This position is to ensure the smooth AR process for the internal & external customers. To ensure receivable items are been collected timely and fully. Jointly responsible for AR team’s KPI target and provide professional analysis on aged open items. Support in adhoc project.

II. Key Result Areas
1. To ensure non-credit customer settle payment timely and fully
2. Meet Corporate AR KPI
3. Support in action plan for AR performance improvement and timely reporting

III. Key Accountabilities/Duties
1. Prepare financial analysis
2. Support GSC to communicate with OPS,CS,SLS for problem solving
3. Follow up receivables of non-credit customer
4. Coordinate with CS and SLS team for daily additional charge collection
5. Follow up pending receivable items with related customers and drive for result
6. Apply the payment details to GSC AR for billing/cashiering base on financial guideline
7. Bank Recon follow up for AR related part and clear outstanding

IV. Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree, major in finance or accounting
2. AR related experience is preferred
3. Good communication skill, fluent in English and local language; Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Full of responsibility and carefulness
