职位描述：
Your Responsibilities:
-Maintain all areas system performance monitoring and optimize solution to ensure infrastructure
services reliability and availability
-Work as 3rd level support on infrastructure incident, change and problem management
-SLA report and action plan to improve support performance
-Create technical handbook / guide / manual for level 1 & level 2 supports and provide training
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years or more IT infrastructure work experience, MCSE and CCNP is a plus
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Windows 7/10
- Linux Server CentOS or other
- Virtualization HyperV and Vmware
- Script in VBS, Powershell or batch
- DHCP, DNS, Proxy,Active Directory, WDS and MDT
- LAN network knowledge of routing and switching
